We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for full-price items. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging where applicable
Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
How to Return
- Email returns@crete.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorised courier point.
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@crete.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and either a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
