Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us at support@crete.com immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status under Profile → Orders.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within India takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at returns@crete.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

How do I care for my Crete garments?
Each garment comes with care instructions on the label. Most knitwear should be hand-washed in cold water. Dry cleaning is recommended for structured pieces.
Are your fabrics ethically sourced?
Yes — we trace every material to its source. Our cashmere, wool, and linen suppliers are certified and audited annually for ethical and environmental standards.
